AGA offers class Mondays 5-6, 6-7; Tuesdays 5-6, 6-7; Wednesdays 3:30-4:30, 4:30-5:30; and Thursdays 5-6, 6-7. Please see our Parent Portal under our Registration Page for Class Availability.

Adaptive Gymnastics

HUGS Gymnastics- Hope Unites Gymnastics with Special Athletes

Girls and boys, ages 5-15

50 min/ 1 x week/ $40 per month

HUGS is our adaptive gymnastics class that allows athletes with special needs the opportunity to engage in gymnastics classes. HUGS stands for Hope Unites Gymnastics with Special athletes. The program is designed to enhance basic movements such as gross motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and basic gymnastics skills as well as develop social skills, listening skills, and how to follow directions. These students are introduced to all our gymnastic events including vault, bars, beam, tumbling, dance, and trampoline.

*AGA requires a medical release from the student's doctor prior to attending the class to ensure the safety of our special athletes. Please email your medical release to agadesk@gmail.com.

Preschool

Fantastic 4s

Girls and Boys, age 3½ & 4 (age 3- 3½ may request a trial class)

50 min/ 1 x week/ $70 per month

Fantastic 4s is for independent, potty trained children age 3½ & 4. The program is designed to enhance basic movements such as gross motor skills, eye-hand coordination, and basic gymnastics skills as well as develop social skills, listening skills, and how to follow directions. These students are introduced to age-appropriate gymnastics apparatus in a fun and structured environment. 

Progressive Girls & Boys

Fab 5s

Girls, age 5

55 min/ 1 x week/ $75 per month  

Fall Term: Monday 6:00, Tuesday 5:00 & 6:00, Wednesday 3:30 & 4:30, Thursday 5:00 & 6:00

Fantastic 5s is for independent children age 5. The program is designed to enhance basic movements as well as introduce fundamental gymnastics skills. Students learn flexibility, strength, and the basic gymnastics skills on each apparatus. Skill sets are learned on the vault, bars, beam, floor exercise, and trampoline.

Beginner Classes

Beginner Girls 6-7 (ages 6-7), Beginner 8-9 (ages 8-9), Beginner Girls 10-14 (ages 10-14), 

Beginner Boys (ages 5½-14)

The beginner class is designed to introduce fundamental gymnastics skills and does not require any prerequisite skills for placement. Students learn flexibility, strength, and the basic gymnastics skills on each apparatus. Girls learn skills on the vault, bars, beam, floor exercise, and trampoline. Boys learn skills on the vault, high bar, rings, parallel bars, floor exercise, and trampoline.

Intermediate Classes

Intermediate 6-7 Girls (ages 6-7), Intermediate 8+ Girls (ages 8-14),  Intermediate Boys (ages 5-14)

55 min/ 1 x week/ $75 per month 

Fall Term:

Intermediate 6-7 Girls: Monday 6:00, Tuesday 5:00, Wednesday 3:30, Thursday 5:00

Intermediate 8+ Girls: Monday 5:00, Tuesday 6:00, Wednesdays 4:30 & 5:30

Intermediate Boys: Wednesday 4:30

The intermediate class is designed for students that have had some gymnastics experience and is proficient with the beginner skills sets. Placement into this class requires a completed skill evaluation or if a student has tested out of AGA’s beginner class within 1 year. In this class, focus is placed on teaching proper techniques and performing with correct form.

Advanced Classes

Advanced Girls (ages 7 & up), invite only

135 min/ 1 x week/ $110 per month 

Fall Term: Mondays 5:00-7:15 & Wednesdays 4:30-6:45


Lower Advanced Boys (ages 5 & up), invite only

75 min/ 1 x week/ $90 per month 

Fall Term: Tuesdays 5:00-6:15


Higher Advanced Boys (ages 5 & up), invite only

90 min/ 1 x week/ $95 per month

Fall Term: Wednesdays 5:30-7:00

The advanced class is designed for students that are proficient with the intermediate skill sets. Placement into this class requires a completed skill evaluation or if a student has tested out of AGA’s intermediate class within 1 year. At this level, focus is placed on developing more difficult gymnastics skills along with enhancing their strength and flexibility.

Junior Olympic Program

Pre-Team 

Girls (ages 5-8), Invite Only

2.5 hours/ 2 x week/ $140 per month

Fall Term: Tuesdays 5-7:30 and Thursdays 5-7:30


Girls (ages 9+), Invite Only

2.5 hours/ 2 x week/ $140 per month

Fall Term: Mondays 5-7:30 and Wednesdays 4:30-7:00


The Pre-Team class is for students that have been identified in our Intermediate Plus and Advanced classes that demonstrate proficiency on the Intermediate Plus and Advanced skill sets. This class will gear students for entrance into our USAG Levels 2 or 3 competitive team. This class is intended only for our students that want to pursue competitive gymnastics.

College Students Welcome

60 min/ 1 x week

$10 per class for AGA Members & AU students that present Student ID

$15 for non AGA members & non-AU Students

Fall Term: Tuesdays 7:15-8:15 & Wednesdays 7:00-8:00

The open tumbling class is offered 2 day a week in the summer. No prior scheduling is necessary, and you can just pay as you attend. This non-structured tumbling class is for advanced tumblers that want to perfect their tumbling skills. This is for students ages 15-24. Students under the age of 18 must have a parent present upon registration to provide parental consent.
